Air Fryer Bang Bang Cauliflower

Crispy battered cauliflower tossed in a creamy, sweet and spicy bang bang sauce. The air fryer crisps the coating with a fraction of the oil, so you get all the sticky, craveable crunch of the takeaway favourite guilt-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 80g plain flour
- 120ml plant milk
- 80g panko breadcrumbs
- Spray oil
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 spring onion, sliced
Method
- 1Whisk the flour and milk into a batter, then dip each floret and coat in panko.
- 2Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- 3Mist with oil and air fry for 14-18 minutes, tossing halfway, until golden and crisp.
- 4Mix the mayo, sweet chilli and sriracha into a smooth sauce.
- 5Toss the hot cauliflower through the sauce or drizzle it over.
- 6Top with spring onion and serve at once.
