Ingredients
- 400 g (3 cups) mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 90 g (2/3 cup) plain flour
- 70 g (1/3 cup) cold butter, cubed
- 50 g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
- 30 g (1/3 cup) rolled oats
Method
- 1Toss the berries with caster sugar, cornflour and lemon zest, then tip into a greased dish.
- 2Rub the flour and butter to breadcrumbs, then stir through the brown sugar and oats.
- 3Scatter the crumble over the berries in an even layer.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 170°C/340°F.
- 5Bake for 16-20 minutes until the topping is golden and the fruit bubbles at the edges.
