Ingredients

  • 400 g (3 cups) mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 90 g (2/3 cup) plain flour
  • 70 g (1/3 cup) cold butter, cubed
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
  • 30 g (1/3 cup) rolled oats

Method

  1. 1Toss the berries with caster sugar, cornflour and lemon zest, then tip into a greased dish.
