Little dough parcels stuffed with scrambled egg, cheese and bacon, baked until golden and pillowy. The air fryer gives a crisp exterior and a warm, melty middle, ideal for breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- 80 g cheddar, grated
- 4 rashers bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 egg, beaten, for glazing
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1Mix the scrambled egg, cheese and bacon together.
- 2Flatten each piece of dough and add a spoon of filling.
- 3Pinch the dough closed around the filling to seal into balls.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 180°C/360°F and brush the bombs with beaten egg.
- 5Cook seam-side down for 5 minutes, flip, then 4-7 minutes until golden.
- 6Ensure the filling is hot at 71°C/160°F and serve warm.

- Seal the seams well so they do not burst.
- Let the filling cool before wrapping so it does not tear the dough.
