Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole

A comforting all-in-one bake of eggs, sausage, potato and cheese. The air fryer crisps the top while keeping the middle soft, giving you a full cooked breakfast in one dish.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 80 ml milk
- 150 g breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 120 g frozen hash browns
- 60 g cheddar, grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for greasing
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 170°C/340°F.
- 2Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- 3Grease a heatproof dish and layer in the hash browns and cooked sausage.
- 4Pour over the egg mixture and top with cheese and spring onions.
- 5Cook for 18-22 minutes until golden and set through.
- 6Check the centre reaches 71°C/160°F, then rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips for the best results
- Cook the sausage first so it renders properly.
- Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too fast.
