Ingredients

  • 200 g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) melted butter
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) caster sugar, for coating
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, for coating

Method

  1. 1Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
