Tender chicken glazed in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce that caramelises into a sticky coating. The air fryer keeps the meat juicy while the glaze turns golden, making this a quick family dinner everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1Whisk the honey, both mustards, oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Coat the chicken thoroughly in the glaze.
  3. 3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  4. 4Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with extra glaze.
  5. 5Check the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F).
  6. 6Spoon over any pan juices and serve.
