Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs, boneless
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1Whisk the honey, both mustards, oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- 2Coat the chicken thoroughly in the glaze.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- 4Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with extra glaze.
- 5Check the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F).
- 6Spoon over any pan juices and serve.
