Air Fryer Monkey Bread

Sticky, pull-apart cinnamon-sugar dough balls drenched in buttery caramel. The air fryer bakes this gooey sharing bread in a tin until the top is golden and the centre stays soft.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. 1Cut the dough into quarters and roll into balls.
  2. 2Toss the balls in the cinnamon sugar to coat.
  3. 3Layer into a greased heatproof bundt or round tin.
  4. 4Mix the brown sugar into the melted butter and pour over.
  5. 5Preheat the air fryer to 160°C/320°F and cook for 18-22 minutes.
  6. 6Check the centre is cooked through, cool 5 minutes, then turn out.

  • Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.
