Air Fryer Monkey Bread

Sticky, pull-apart cinnamon-sugar dough balls drenched in buttery caramel. The air fryer bakes this gooey sharing bread in a tin until the top is golden and the centre stays soft.
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 60 g butter, melted
- 80 g brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Method
- 1Cut the dough into quarters and roll into balls.
- 2Toss the balls in the cinnamon sugar to coat.
- 3Layer into a greased heatproof bundt or round tin.
- 4Mix the brown sugar into the melted butter and pour over.
- 5Preheat the air fryer to 160°C/320°F and cook for 18-22 minutes.
- 6Check the centre is cooked through, cool 5 minutes, then turn out.
Tips for the best results
- Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.
- Serve warm so the caramel stays gooey.
