Ingredients
- 700 g potatoes, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp fine salt
- 200 g passata
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp cayenne
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Toss the potato cubes with 1.5 tbsp oil and the salt.
