Ingredients

  • 700 g potatoes, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp fine salt
  • 200 g passata
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
