Updated 7 September 2026
Crunchy polenta fries with a creamy, soft centre and a golden parmesan crust. The air fryer crisps the outside beautifully without deep-frying, giving a naturally gluten-free chip that is perfect for dipping.
Ingredients
- 500 g pre-cooked firm polenta, cut into fries
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g grated parmesan
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp fine salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Tips for the best results
