Air Fryer Pork Dumplings

Crispy-bottomed pork dumplings come out golden and crunchy in the air fryer, no fiddly pan-frying required. A quick mist of oil crisps the wrappers while the seasoned pork filling stays juicy inside.
Ingredients
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 300 g pork mince
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Oil spray
Method
- 1Mix the mince, spring onions, soy, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
- 2Spoon a little filling into each wrapper, wet the edges and pleat to seal.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 180°C/360°F and lightly spray the basket.
- 4Arrange the dumplings without touching and spray the tops with oil.
- 5Cook 8-10 minutes, tossing gently halfway, until golden and crisp.
- 6Ensure the filling reaches 71°C/160°F, then serve with dipping sauce.

- Spray the wrappers well or they can dry out and crack.
- Freeze uncooked dumplings and air fry from frozen, adding a couple of minutes.
