Air Fryer Pork Skewers

Marinated pork skewers char and caramelise quickly in the air fryer, giving that grilled flavour indoors. Cubes of pork stay tender and juicy while the edges take on a lovely bronze crust.
Ingredients
- 600 g pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Wooden or metal skewers
Method
- 1Whisk soy, honey, oil, garlic, paprika and cumin, then toss with the pork and marinate 1 hour.
- 2Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using.
- 3Thread the pork onto skewers, leaving small gaps.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F.
- 5Cook 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until charred and cooked to 63°C/145°F.
- 6Rest 3 minutes and serve with a squeeze of lime.

- Cut the pork into even cubes so they cook at the same rate.
