Mini pork sliders are juicy, seasoned and quick in the air fryer, ideal for game day or a crowd. The patties brown nicely while staying tender, then tuck into soft slider buns with your favourite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork mince
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • Cheese slices, halved
  • Pickles and sauce, to serve

Method

  1. 1Mix the mince with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Shape into 8 small patties, pressing a dimple in each centre.
  3. 3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F.
  4. 4Cook the patties 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. 5Add cheese for the final minute and check they reach 71°C/160°F.
  6. 6Serve in toasted buns with pickles and sauce.

Tips for the best results

  • The dimple stops the patties doming as they cook.
  • Do not overwork the mince or the sliders turn dense.
