Air Fryer Pork Sliders

Mini pork sliders are juicy, seasoned and quick in the air fryer, ideal for game day or a crowd. The patties brown nicely while staying tender, then tuck into soft slider buns with your favourite toppings.
Ingredients
- 500 g pork mince
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 8 slider buns
- Cheese slices, halved
- Pickles and sauce, to serve
Method
- 1Mix the mince with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- 2Shape into 8 small patties, pressing a dimple in each centre.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F.
- 4Cook the patties 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 5Add cheese for the final minute and check they reach 71°C/160°F.
- 6Serve in toasted buns with pickles and sauce.

- The dimple stops the patties doming as they cook.
- Do not overwork the mince or the sliders turn dense.
