Savoury lamb mince topped with fluffy mashed potato, air fried until the peaks turn golden and crisp. A hearty British classic given a quicker, energy-saving finish.
Ingredients
- 500 g cooked lamb mince in gravy
- 150 g frozen peas and carrots
- 700 g mashed potato
- 30 g butter, melted
- 50 g cheddar, grated
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
- 1Stir the peas, carrots and Worcestershire sauce through the warm lamb mince.
- 2Spoon into an oven-safe dish that fits your basket.
- 3Top with mashed potato and fluff the surface with a fork.
- 4Brush with melted butter and scatter over the cheddar.
- 5Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F.
- 6Air fry for 15-18 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is piping hot at 74°C/165°F.
