Air Fryer Stuffed Shells

Jumbo pasta shells filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, baked under marinara and mozzarella. The air fryer gives you golden, bubbling edges without heating the whole kitchen.
Ingredients
- 16 jumbo pasta shells
- 250 g ricotta
- 100 g frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 50 g parmesan, grated
- 1 egg
- 300 g marinara sauce
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1Boil the shells until just tender, then drain and cool slightly.
- 2Mix the ricotta, spinach, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
- 3Spread half the marinara in an oven-safe dish that fits your basket.
- 4Fill each shell and arrange over the sauce, then top with the rest of the marinara and the mozzarella.
- 5Preheat the air fryer to 180°C/360°F.
- 6Air fry for 12-15 minutes until hot through and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Tips for the best results
- Cover with foil for the first half if the top colours too fast.
- A piping bag makes filling the shells quick and tidy.
