Air Fryer Hot Pockets
Ready in about 14 minutes.
Updated 7 September 2026
Frozen filled pockets turn crisp and golden in the air fryer, with none of the microwave sogginess. The result is a shatteringly crisp crust and a piping-hot, melty centre every time.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen filled pockets (pepperoni pizza or ham and cheese)
- Cooking spray (optional)
- 4 tbsp marinara sauce, for dipping
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing, for dipping
- Pinch of dried oregano, to garnish
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F.
- 2Remove the pockets from any wrapping and leave off the crisping sleeve.
- 3Place them in the basket with space between and spray lightly if you like.
- 4Air fry for 10-13 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
- 5Rest for 2-3 minutes, as the filling will be extremely hot.
- 6Check the centre is piping hot before eating.
Tips for the best results
- No need to thaw, cook straight from frozen.
- Let them stand a couple of minutes so the molten filling settles.
