Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Caramelised, crispy-edged Brussels sprouts that even sceptics love. The air fryer turns them golden and nutty in minutes.
Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Method
- 1Trim and halve the sprouts, then toss with the oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- 2Preheat the air fryer to 190°C / 375°F.
- 3Spread the sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
- 4Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and browned.
- 5Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of balsamic if you like.

- Place them cut-side down for the best caramelisation.
- Halve any large sprouts so they cook evenly.
