- 80 g plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 100 g fine breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- Lemon wedges, to serve

Method
- 1Pat the squid rings very dry with kitchen paper.
- 2Season the flour, then coat the rings in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- 3Mist generously with oil spray.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3 minutes.
- 5Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and golden.

Tips for the best results
- Do not overcook or the squid turns rubbery; small rings need only 8 minutes.
