Curled, charred corn ribs slathered in spiced butter, the viral side everyone loves. The air fryer blisters the kernels and curls the cobs into rib shapes in minutes, delivering big smoky flavour and a fun way to eat corn.
Ingredients
- 3 corn cobs, quartered lengthways
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Lime wedges to serve
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Carefully quarter each cob lengthways into ribs.
- 3Mix the butter with paprika, garlic powder and salt, then brush over the corn.
- 4Air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until charred and curled.
- 5Brush with any remaining spiced butter.
- 6Scatter with coriander and serve with lime wedges.
