Ingredients

  • 600 g potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 100 g cheddar, grated
  • 0.5 tsp fine salt

  • 0.25 tsp grated nutmeg

Method
