Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes, thinly sliced
- 200 ml double cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100 g cheddar, grated
- 0.5 tsp fine salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp grated nutmeg
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- 2Warm the cream, milk, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a pan.
- 3Layer the potato slices in a greased air fryer dish, pouring over some sauce between layers.
