Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Tender salmon bites with crisp edges and loads of flavour in under 10 minutes. They are perfect for rice bowls, salads, tacos or quick meal prep.
Ingredients
- 500 g salmon, skin removed and cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
- 1Pat the salmon dry and cut into evenly sized cubes.
- 2Toss with the oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 3 minutes.
- 4Spread the salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.
- 5Air fry for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned at the edges and cooked through.
- 6Serve hot in bowls, wraps or over salad.
Tips for the best results
- Do not crowd the basket or the salmon will steam instead of caramelising.
- A quick squeeze of lime or lemon brightens the flavour at the end.
