Air Fryer Boneless Pork Ribs

Boneless pork ribs, cut from the loin, cook up quick, juicy and saucy in the air fryer, ideal for a weeknight barbecue fix. A dry rub and a sticky glaze give them proper smoky-sweet flavour.
Ingredients
- 700 g boneless pork ribs
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- 120 ml barbecue sauce
Method
- 1Rub the ribs all over with sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- 2Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F.
- 3Cook 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- 4Brush with barbecue sauce in the last 4 minutes to glaze.
- 5Check they reach at least 71°C/160°F.
- 6Rest a few minutes and serve with extra sauce.
