Air Fryer Boneless Pork Ribs

Boneless pork ribs, cut from the loin, cook up quick, juicy and saucy in the air fryer, ideal for a weeknight barbecue fix. A dry rub and a sticky glaze give them proper smoky-sweet flavour.

Ingredients

  • 700 g boneless pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 120 ml barbecue sauce

Method

  1. 1Rub the ribs all over with sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F.
  3. 3Cook 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4Brush with barbecue sauce in the last 4 minutes to glaze.
  5. 5Check they reach at least 71°C/160°F.
  6. 6Rest a few minutes and serve with extra sauce.
