Chicken breast rolled around ham and melting Swiss cheese, wrapped in a crisp breadcrumb crust. The air fryer keeps the coating crunchy and the cheese gooey inside, delivering this classic French-style dish with much less oil.

  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 80 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 120 g breadcrumbs

  3. 3Preheat the air fryer to 185°C (365°F) and spray with oil.

Tips for the best results

  • Chill the rolls for 15 minutes before cooking so they hold their shape.
