Meaty country-style pork ribs turn tender and saucy in the air fryer without hours of smoking. These boneless shoulder cuts cook up juicy with a sticky barbecue glaze and lightly charred edges.
Ingredients
- 800 g country-style pork ribs
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 120 ml barbecue sauce
Method
- 1Rub the ribs with sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- 2Preheat the air fryer to 180°C/360°F.
- 3Cook 22-28 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
- 4Brush with barbecue sauce in the final 5 minutes to glaze.
- 5Cook until they reach about 88°C/190°F so they are meltingly tender.
- 6Rest a few minutes and serve with extra sauce.
