Air Fryer Donuts

Light, fluffy donuts made from tinned biscuit dough or homemade dough, coated in cinnamon sugar. Ready in minutes, no deep fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 tin refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Method
- 1Separate the dough and cut a hole in the centre of each round.
- 2Preheat the air fryer to 175°C / 350°F and spray the basket.
- 3Arrange the donuts in a single layer, not touching.
- 4Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and puffed.
- 5Brush with melted butter and toss in the cinnamon sugar.
Tips for the best results
- Do not crowd the basket - the donuts expand as they cook.
- Coat in cinnamon sugar while still warm so it sticks.
