Snappy-skinned hot dogs and warm buns with almost no effort. This is one of the quickest air fryer meals and a guaranteed family favourite.
Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- Mustard, ketchup, onions or other toppings
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 190°C / 375°F.
- 2Place the hot dogs in the basket in a single layer.
- 3Air fry for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway, until heated through and lightly blistered.
- 4Warm the buns in the air fryer for the last 1 minute if you like.
- 5Serve with your favourite toppings.
Tips for the best results
- Score the hot dogs lightly if you want extra browned edges.
- This works especially well for standard beef or pork frankfurters.
