Ingredients
- 400 g sausage meat
- 150 g grated sharp cheddar
- 120 g self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1Mix the sausage meat, cheddar, flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper until combined.
- 2Roll into walnut-sized balls.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 180°C/360°F and line with perforated paper.
- 4Arrange the balls in a single layer with space between.
- 5Cook for 12-14 minutes, shaking once, until golden and cooked through.
- 6Check they reach 71°C/160°F, then serve warm.
