Roasted spaghetti squash that forks into tender, noodle-like strands, a brilliant low-carb pasta swap. The air fryer roasts the halves faster than the oven while keeping the strands firm and separate.

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved and deseeded
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp fine salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. 2Halve the squash lengthways and scoop out the seeds.
  3. 3Brush the cut flesh with oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. 4Air fry cut-side down for 20-30 minutes, depending on size.
