Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash, halved and deseeded
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp fine salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- 2Halve the squash lengthways and scoop out the seeds.
- 3Brush the cut flesh with oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- 4Air fry cut-side down for 20-30 minutes, depending on size.
- 5It is ready when a fork shreds the flesh into strands easily.
- 6Fluff into strands, scatter with parsley and serve.
