Ingredients
- 250 g dill pickle chips
- 60 g plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 120 g panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- Spray oil
Method
- 1Drain the pickle chips and pat very dry with kitchen paper.
- 2Coat each in flour, then egg, then panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder and cayenne.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F.
- 4Mist the pickles with oil and arrange in a single layer.
- 5Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- 6Serve straight away with ranch dip.
