Ingredients
- 600 g chicken thigh, cubed
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- 1Coat the chicken in egg then cornflour.
- 2Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and spray with oil.

- 4Simmer the soy, honey, sesame oil, vinegar and garlic into a sticky sauce.
