Air Fryer Stuffing Balls

Golden, herby sage and onion stuffing balls with a crisp outside and a soft, fluffy centre. A festive side that cooks quickly in the air fryer while the oven is busy with the roast.
Ingredients
- 1 packet (about 170 g) sage and onion stuffing mix
- 300 ml boiling water
- 250 g sausage meat
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1Make up the stuffing mix with boiling water and leave to swell for 5 minutes.
- 2Mix in the sausage meat, onion and sage until combined.
- 3Roll into 12 even balls.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 180°C/360°F.
- 5Brush the balls with oil and place in a single layer.
- 6Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking once, until crisp, golden and cooked through.
Tips for the best results
- Leave out the sausage meat for a vegetarian version.
- Wet your hands to stop the mixture sticking while rolling.
